HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS CENTRE'S CONSULTING SERVICES The Human Rights and Freedoms Centre celebrates our diversity, supports our relationships with each other, and protects our dignity and social equality. The Centre's approach is based on restorative justice principles. These are some of the other services offered by the Centre:
Education The Centre's Accommodation and Diversity Workshops provide strategies on how to support employee accommodations for disabilities, promote cultural diversity and employment equity. Human rights and anti-discrimination policies are reviewed and applied to the organization's structure.
Facilitating Grievances and Restorative Investigations Restorative investigations and grievances efficiently repair and minimize further harms and strengthen workplace relationships. The Centre's experts explain why they work and how management and unions can collaboratively resolve conflict.
Restorative Facilitation The Centre provides restorative justice facilitation for communities and organizations that have conflict or need to build support for an action plan to create social justice change.
